Born on the Aries-Taurus cusp?
Birthdays from about April 17 to 23 are often sold as the cusp of power, said to combine Aries drive with Taurus persistence. It is a catchy label from modern birthday books, not a classical teaching. In a chart, your Sun is either at the end of Aries or at the start of Taurus.

A birth certificate records local time, while the Sun's entry into Taurus happens at one instant for the entire planet.
