Refund window
If your personal reading is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@nymelia.com from the email address you used for the purchase, and include your order number if you have it. We will confirm your request and refund the payment to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Wrong birth data
If you entered a wrong birth date, time or place, write to us. If you prefer, we regenerate your reading with the corrected data instead of refunding it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you file a chargeback with your bank. A refund through us is usually faster, and it avoids fees and paperwork on both sides. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the order details to the payment provider.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
