The Moon today

Moon in Capricorn · your 12th house

The Moon passes through your 12th house, the most private part of the chart. Energy may run lower than usual, and astrologers read this as a natural pause before the Moon returns to your sign.

  • rest and quiet time
  • writing in a journal
  • finishing old tasks

Today's sky for Aquarius

Nothing exact happens between the planets today. That calm can be useful: you may find it easier to think clearly when nothing in the sky is pushing for attention.

Retrograde right now: Venus in Scorpio, your 10th house of career and reputation, Saturn in Aries, your 3rd house of talk and errands, Uranus in Gemini, your 5th house of romance and fun and Neptune in Aries, your 3rd house of talk and errands. Astrologers read those areas as better for review than for new starts.

About the Aquarius horoscope

From Aquarius, Pisces is the 2nd house of money, Taurus the 4th house of home, Gemini the 5th house of fun and romance, Leo the 7th house of partners and Scorpio the 10th house of career. Sagittarius, your 11th house, stands for friends and groups, an area Aquarius is closely linked with. A Moon in Gemini tends to bring an easy, chatty Aquarius day, a Moon in Scorpio a more serious focus on work.

Uranus spends about seven years in a sign, so its aspects work as long background themes of change and surprise. Saturn, the traditional ruler, adds days that call for structure. Both turn retrograde for several months each year, and the reading notes their stations in the house where they happen.

As a fixed air sign, Aquarius tends to feel slow planets in Taurus, Leo and Scorpio, which square or oppose your Sun. Aquarius season runs from around January 20 to February 18.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the Aquarius horoscope follow Uranus or Saturn?

Both. Uranus is the modern ruler and Saturn the traditional one. Uranus aspects tend to describe sudden shifts or new ideas, while Saturn aspects lean toward duty and limits.

What does the Moon in Leo mean for Aquarius?

Leo is the sign opposite yours and your 7th solar house. During a Leo Moon, the Aquarius reading tends to put partners and one-on-one relationships first.

Which house covers friends for Aquarius?

Sagittarius, your 11th solar house. When the Moon or another planet moves through Sagittarius, the reading often talks about friends, groups and shared plans.

Why is the Aquarius horoscope short on some days?

When the sky offers no exact aspect and no new phase, ingress or station, the reading rests on the Moon's house by itself. A quieter sky is not a worse one.
